I particularly enjoyed the use of the term "elucidate".
I liked "perturbation".
He worked

The best way to move forward would be to hire a massive motorhome and park that right in front of their house for a week

I’ve not read it yet, but I already know this guy needs to hook up with gavster’s neighbour for a fun evening of letter writing
They could co-write some notable pieces of prevarication
FWIW Last week my neighbour sent me 214 pages of correspondence which all contained an overbearing sense of pomp and grandiosity so definitely on the same page.

The length and breadth of the vocabulary there would suggest he is a manic phase. Maybe slip some lithium into the drinking water at his house?

Brand, from the little I have seen of him, actually has a vocabulary, ot just access to a thesaurus though.
This letter is horseshit with a few big words shoehorned in, but they detract from what he is trying to say, rather than reinforcing his point if, in fact, he has one.
Nob end neighbours are not fun. My middle aged neighbour threatened to "smash my effing ace in" some years back, when I parked a car in communal parking, which he claimed were co-owned by the homeowners of cul-de-sac across from my house.
I would like to see a diagram or picture, complete with dimensions and also, what kind of car the thundering V8 is?

Did you return it with TL:DR written on top of the stack of paperwork?

That was my immediate thought process, this guy is about to blow, writing that novel was his way of letting off steam. That said, it's not the OPs responsibility to care for this guy's mental state so I'd send it back with corrections for the dreadful grammar.

Oh that would be great
He seems to think the length of a document is indicative of its legal strength, which means he sends very long documents which are nonsense. Luckily we're back in court in 10 days and hopefully his misguided verbosity won't go down well with the judge.

If I was your neighbour, the one who owns the property not the lunatic letter writer, I wouldn’t be renewing his tenancy as things are clearly going to escalate.

In a similar vein, in a previous role with the MOD, I often joked that our boss / client measured the quality of a report in kilograms.

You must live in a nice bit of the country, if you pulled that shit near me your exit point would be very easy to get out of after your window has been out through

This.
Between us on the forum we could turn up with quite a selection of V8s to manoeuvre outside his door if that’s what he wants

I find it far easier from my phone - go to “add files”, select the photo, then click at the bottom and you get a choice of sizes. Small or medium works well in here. Upload, place online, done.
