I don't care either way, as there's no way I'd ever fit into one. Wing or no wing. But, it does need the wing. Fact.

Yep it needs the wing, otherwise it’s like seeing an aggressive dog which has been neutered.,
Shame Lamborghini didn’t stick a splitter on the front of the later cars so that they could make the wing functional.

1. Anyone who thinks the Countach looks better with the rear wing is a massive walloper.
The wing wasn’t added by Gandini. It wasn’t added by the aerodynamicists. It was added by the marketing teams to add further visual drama. Cos if some is good, then more must be better! And the main problem with that was executional shitness.
It rips 15mph from the top speed whilst destroying the balance. Various people - including Paulo Martini (F1 driver and Lambo test driver) report that it successfully pushes down the rear of the car to such an extent that the nose lifts and reduces stability.
Not for me.

Bootiful. Even in DCR.

Mik is correct. Despite my general like of chavvy car mods big non functional spoilers are DIW.
I’d have a QV in the op colour scheme.

Everyone is watching Hoovies' videos on his double-buy Countach and Diablo, yes?

Yes.
If you could only keep one, which one would you keep? I'd take the Diablo all day, every day.
His Murcielago please. I've never been particularly interested in the Diablo and the Countach is more of an objet d'art than something to drive for fun.

Yes, can't see him keeping the Countach as he looks so contorted driving it.

I'm (whisper it) not that into the mid engined Lambos tbh. My millionaire garage has an Espada in it and I'd probably have an LM002 for the absurdity of it but otherwise I can't think of one I'd choose over a Ferrari of a similar age.

I think I'd buy a Huracan over a 488/Tributo. Probably caused by Harry as well:
Mind you, a manual early Audi R8 would be a more likely purchase.

It is still a frustration to me that the only Countach I have ever seen in the wild is an Anniversary. (And that was about 30yrs ago!)
The QV is Countach perfection for me. The Anniversary side skirts are a visual abomination beside a round-belly Countach and those wheels are no wider but they are a fussy split-rim design that look shrunken beside the beautifully simple QV items.
I’m not fucking buying this one.
To me, the Countach is all about excess and subtlety and elegance has no place in it's design. Therefore, I'll take an Anniversary but I'll put a second wing on top of the first wing and put another rear wing on the front bumber. Like this one but bigger:
That is not an Anniversary. It's just nasty.

It was how they were delivered in certain parts of the US. A work around for some kind of bumper height regulation iirc.
