Surely he is DIW if he didn't announce the flounce? It is funny cos in person Neil comes across as a hairy biker type only with cakes, on here, his posts are forensic and informed and intelligent, which puts him in the minority,

Didn't realise he'd backed out of here, but I can see why. Funny thing is, I see him regularly educating the morons on FB still, so he's yet to go full cold turkey
He's a decent bloke IRL, I catch up with him semi regularly.
