I have brand new boxed front discs and pads that should have gone on my Yeti, I know they for loads of VAG cars? Any use?

Looks like they are different. The Fabia only has 14" wheels.
Probably not worth a wheel upgrade as well!
Our 1.2 Yeti may be nearing needing new pads and or discs. It's only done 45k though, mostly gentle miles (well, when my wife is driving).
Are you in Ingolandshire? They weigh a ton to post. Our back pads turned to chocolate crumble really quickly and the fronts hung on till we handed it back but they must put the cheapest consumables on Skodas.

Yep, darn sarf. Looks like about £90 new from autodoc. I’ll have a look and see how much life they have left.

Well - after a long lockdown-induced delay, this thing is happening tomorrow.
Final prep on the car is done:
Preparation has mostly consisted of:
Basic oil and filter service
New semi-decent brake pads, refurb of existing discs and calipers
Straight through exhaust (courtesy of some 2 1/12 pipe I had lying around and the MIG)
Audi A6 washer bottle (for extra capacity)
Airbag and fuel cut removal
Tow straps made from the cut up rear lap belt
Old cargo net on the driver's window, fixed with Tek screws
General encouragement to not piss all its fluids all over the deck

Well, we were never expecting to bring it home with us
Retired at about 3 hours 10 minutes with a front wishbone failure. Rad was also holed and we were losing oil so not sure how much longer it would have persevered. Great little car. RIP

We let another team also running one pilfer it, then weighted it in for £40.
If I hadn't chopped the cat out, we would've made a 40 quid profit!
