I'd eat any of them!

Preference is fried. Hot oil essential to get a proper bubbly crisp on the white

Yeah I tend to fry them and add an extra one for my dawg. Scrambled with cheese is good too.

Not likely to do this for breakfast but thai/korean style fried egg in a (proper, not not-stick) wok is good for achieving this very quickly.

You'll have to tune out the gimpy presenter but this is a good recipe for something along those lines and dead easy to make if you have all the right condiments and a pestle and mortar:

That's about right aye. I've an Ikea heavy bottomed pan that's not non-stick that does a great job.

I've taken to making egg fried rice as a quick dinner. Only planning is to cook the rice a couple of hours before so it can cool down. Kids love it and there's enough different recipes to make it exciting, although prawns is their favourite.

Make it mild and add chili to mine after. Because the rice sticks together there's the added bonus of less mess on the floor (youngest is still a messy eater).

Yep - fried rice is a favourite of my 3yo too. A good tip is to add a bit of oyster sauce to it for extra umami flavour.

Too right. I ate loads of that in Bali along with ridiculous amounts of chicken satay.
