Yeah, don't worry, I've built up a tolerance.

I had an opportunity to buy a mates 6 seater one for a grand about 10 years ago and I didn't take it, despite having the money. He paid £6k for it only 2 or 3 years previously. Still kick myself over that one.

A mate recently moved into a house with one already in the garden. He found it almost impossible to even give away free. It's a swine of a job to move the big ones unless you happen to own a grab lorry/hi-ab crane/HGV etc etc. The guys who eventually took it came in a 7.5 tonne flatbed with about 15 mates, and it took all of them, along with the demolition of two fences to get it out.

Don't kick yourself too hard ;-)

I'm guessing he did get some money for it otherwise a couple of hours with a circular saw and some big sledgehammers would have been a more efficient way of getting rid of it assuming it was mainly made out of plastic...

Yeah his Top Soil and Hard Core guy gave him a grand for it. Getting it to my place would have been easy enough but it would have needed hoisting it over the garage.

Although taking it through the garage by cutting a whole in the back wall was discussed

Also, as much as this will HORRIFY Richard, ours isn’t even one of the proper ones. It’s one of the cheap inflatable ones that the Mrs got for £250 with a voucher from somewhere.

I was 100% dead against it, figuring that it would be shit and we’d never use it. It turns out it’s the best thing we ever bought and we use it once or twice every day. Other than the aesthetics, it’s just as good as a £10k fake marble plastic one. It’s cheap to run too, as it’s really well insulated and holds its temperature easily.

You're saying Mrs Rev got you a blow-job? :?

Via the use of PURE LOGIC I also suspect also you may have been only 99% (or even less) against it, or else you would never have gone and got your (crotchless) trunks on to try it out.

I believe with those ones you adjust the bubbles and pressure by drinking a predetermined amount of beer and baked beans

Nah, it has a proper filter, heater and pump system. Beer is entirely optional.

For extra vigor in the bubbles, I suggest a cabbage based side dish!

Well I’ve learned about a new thing tonight. What a horrible thing too. Your baby can now have their excrement sealed to their body in a leak proof diaper!

Beats having to try to contain it/scoop it out of the pool!
