I prefer the later one - front and back.
The all look like private hire taxis though, so i don't really care that much!

I like the early model. Big arches are cool.

I thought the previous gen E class to that looked cracking and I never loved this one - the lights looked rubbish as everyone else said. In particular the rear lights. Post facelift they balanced it out by giving it ugly front lights too
I’m not a particular fan of the more recent Mercedes designs. After this all look like the A class but stretched to fit their various wheelbases.

@Jobbo and Zed
Gotcha - agreed. Fussy unnecessary style element

Saw that yesterday. Lovely looking thing. The monoblock wheels work so well. Bit harsh to descrobe it as brown though
It's lovely and in the sun looks the same colour as my burgundy textured Loake brogues. Delightful and the wheels are awesome.

Pleasant. I think the style of the wheels is ok but the finish looks flat/dull. I'd possibly prefer different wood (mrs) and something to liven the steering wheel up (plus a sunroof, not sure if that car's got one) but that looks a lovely place to while away the miles

Looking at these again

Real world care free Nomad. I don't like that they all have CVT gearboxes though with pretty low top speeds so your banging off the limiter at 60-70 mph and I'm too old for that. However you can get them all sorts of sideways whilst doing your best Richard Burns impression, look down and see that you're only doing 35 mph.

I’ve been looking at this and trying to figure out the cheapest way to get 350ish bhp into it (just for fun obvs, I don’t have the space for a project let alone the money

).

W12, awd and a silly widebody would be a great project. Not too sure about cheap though

I was just being stupid, but now you mention it, that would be pretty cool. £9k will get you a donor car with everything you need, and you’d get a chunk back from selling off the leftovers. That seems pretty good value for 550bhp !

I like it, and not crazy money either.
Lots of bits they could have easily tidied up for not a lot of money and made it much more saleable though.
