Back in the UK this weekend. M3 needs a good wash.
968 needs driving and I need to take my bike for a ride, as I haven't been on it for a few weeks.

Hope I don't have to work, if not:
Fri - Been a long week so maybe a beer with work, a beer with wife and then home early to rest up.
Sat - Drinks at a friend's, probably quite a few drinks.
Sun - Try and probably fail to do some gardening / chores.

Monthly Friday Night post work drink with my boss. May be late...
Saturday - clean the house from top to bottom. Alternative is Royal Wedding Tea Party so I’m winning. FA Cup then dinner at Marco Pierre White’s place at the MK Dons Stadium / Double Tree Hotel.
Sunday - work on flipping out rental place. Possibly driving range.

I'm hoping the exhaust bits for the Porsche will turn up tomorrow, so that I can spend Saturday putting it all back together.

My weekend suddenly got more interesting. I tweeted that I’ve been obsessing over the KTM Superduke GT for the last couple of days and fancied a test ride. The wife questioned me on why I wanted to change when I’ve had the BMW less than a year. I do really like the Beemer, but I’m worried about the longevity of the gearbox and clutch, and it can be a heavy beast at times and, well, I like new things. I then mentioned that the nearest KTM dealer is in Colwyn Bay and she immediately said we could make a day trip out of it and to try and book a test ride for Sunday. I’ll fucking take that!

Not a lot - got some "stuff" to be getting on with which shall, for the time being, remain top secret.
Otherwise, probably a bit of gardening, getting on top of some other jobs. Oh and I have some Cloudwater DIPA 2018 and V3.1 to get through

My mate was raving about the V3.1 the other day, I'm off the beer just now though

Quite a busy one this weekend:
Going to visit Bletchley Park tomorrow
Then on to Milton Keynes to have a go at indoor skydiving
Staying over at a nice little B&B
Lunch at some friends near Oxford on Sunday before heading home for a little lie-down*
* I'm not a fan of busy weekends - I need my downtime...

Bad news!
I missed out on getting any last year, so made a rushed lunchtime journey to the Bottle Stop in Bramhall after I saw them post their stock on FB. Time to see what the fuss is all about.

Took my nephew to see them at Brands last weekend (that was the Blancpain series, not sure if Silverstone is the same/British GTs?).
It was his first trip to see some racing - he loved it. Especially the bit when one of the supercar owners offered for him to sit in her Gallardo.
I quite fancy the Historics at Brands next weekend - it's usually a good selection of car more interesting cars than most modern series...

Tonight: Might go and see Deadpool 2 at the lowest quality, smallest screen at my local multiplex. I won't even clean my glasses beforehand. Alternately, might collapse in a heap as the youngest was up from 2am, puking his guts up.
Saturday: We've got a friend coming down this way with his new wife. He's a foodie so we're taking him on a gastronomic tour of Gloucester (yes, really.)
Sunday: Off to a Wedding.
Monday: Recover in the spa. Try to watch the F1 highlights.

Got this far on a playhouse last weekend:
So mostly cladding, roofing and (if I get time) making a door and windows.

You know you can buy them ready-made yeah!?
Wife and kids are off to Devon for a week - I’ve nothing to do just yet!

Don't speak to me about the weekend... a very large new matter is just about to drop so I'm going to spend a substantial portion of it chained to a computer and when I'm not at a computer, having calls with bankers (who, to make things worse, will likely be split across both sides of the Atlantic so expect calls at all times of the day and night)
