Looks very nice. Dark silver, and has comfort seats. Approved.

Similar to mine, though mine didn’t have comfort seats or alcantara headlining, and was titanium silver. Was also a 2012 so pre-LCI, not that there was much that changed on the F11 at the facelift.
Nice spec; I wonder if mine had been specced like that whether I might have kept it. Was oddly unsatisfying to drive though; I think the diesel is preferable.

Yeah, I couldn’t decide who’d like it more out of Jobbo and SJ. I like it but had an F10 M5 and I prefer to not buy the same car (or at least the same gen) again.

Silver Cayenne Hybrid from that slightly flaky place in Reading. Suits me sir.

Someone I follow on twitter recently bought a manual V8 Cayenne as a winter hack. Must be quite a rare thing.
The GTS came with Manuel IIRC, didn't know there were others.

A few have converted the 4.6is in the states to manual but think the 4.8 is trickier for some reason.
Hmm. IIRC the 4.8 had a beefed up auto box but the mounting to the engine should be same ?
FWIW I don't see the point, it's amusing to chat about but in the "real world" a big heavy SUV is suited very well to an auto box so I'd imagine the novelty would wear off quickly.

I remember ShockDiamonds had all sorts of trouble with his similar era Panamera hybrid. I don't think the hybrid gubbins is great and at 12 years old there's no way I'd trust it.

4.8 got a different x-drive system so maybe that messes things up if people are nicking gearboxes off other cars. I don’t know, it’s not something I would want or looked too far into.

Silver Sprinter 4x4 van / bus with rare twin side doors. I'd never use it, but I like it.

@integrale_evo I take it this post from a couple of weeks ago was followed by a bit of idle searching for 4.8s...
