Intense nostalgia at 22:42 going past the old green building where the development offices used to be, I'd love popping a dirty great downshift blip during Evora 400 development and (occasionally) get some nice coments on return to my desk. Those were some happy days.

Did anyone notice the 996/986 seats in the interior styling model - very odd! I guess they had them hanging around from one of the dismantled Porsches they’ve used for benchmarking over the years…

I thought he wanted to keep the Esprit as its unique to drive but maybe three Lotii in the garage was too many.

Emira will be faster and shoutier but not really a replacement for the Esprit.

Will be the quickest of his cars on track though I imagine.

Yeah it was just idle speculation - I haven’t seen anything from Harry that confirms why it’s up for sale (but I thought it was one of his “keepers” too.

One in, one out. New one does the same job but better? No need for the two of them plus the Esprit has gone up a fair chunk and covers the cost of the new car??

According to HM's reply on the PH thread the Esprit sold before it was even posted up.

Maybe the Emira will fill the comfortable cruising sportscar niche, but I can't help feel it's way less cool than the Esprit.
