The Bentley. I felt like people were sick of it already so I deliberately didn't say
BENTLEY.
Bentley Bentley Bentley Bentley Bentley.
Wifey did a run down to Eastleigh in it today to visit her cousin, OBC reported 19mpg for the round trip. Published Extra Urban is 22mpg. Sounds close but 3mpg is a big % at that level. I'll see what I get when I drive it properly.
I genuinely missed this. What Bentley did you get?
I felt an itch when you see some contis dipping into £30k money but the servicing seems mental.

Just spoken to BMW - They want to try swapping the wheels again. Which they allegedly have already tried.

The F150 recently decided it did not want to start. It acted normally when you pressed the start button apart from it wouldn't engage the starter motor at all and just rapidly blinked a green light. The blinking light meant that the car was waiting for a status update from the key fob. In reality this meant that something in the immobiliser system or fob had shat itself. This led me down an incorrect rabbit hole for a while. Eventually suspecting the starter motor wasn't getting power I just started pulling and swapping related fuses and relays and finally the fucking thing came to life. Duff relay. God knows why the stupid thing thought it had a faulty immobiliser/fob.
So this relay you'd think is easy to find as it's the most mass produced car in the world... Well nope. Found one place who wanted $40 to ship this $8 relay which weighed nothing and it would arrive here early May...
Tell my dad to try the local Ford dealer here which he did this morning. Parts guy spends 20 mins looking all over the place incase its a renumbered Ranger or Transit etc part but no luck, makes a phone call and says he can order one from America and try to overnight ship it but we're close to Easter so it may not arrive tomorrow. And all for £16!

As close as I'll get to a "guess the car" thread; what courtesy car do you get when insurance takes your A2 to the bodyshop?

Is this an Audi bodyshop or a random one ?

Compact has a slight rumble from the rear end which I suspect might be a wheel bearing. Will investigate over the weekend.
Using the mito for a few days which I don’t think has been washed since before christmas

I imagine you've done these before but the one time I did BMW rear wheel bearings (E36 Touring) it was a f**king awful job that I swore to never tackle again.
