It did lack any substance beyond the car reveals and each new location. The last 45 minutes had nothing and the end was just awkward.

Just finished the Mandalorian, vey good. Bar the mouth on Luke, wtf was that about? If it was one of those deep fake style cgi, why didn’t the mouth match the words coming out of it?

Given what the post credit sequence was titled, does that mean the next season of The Mandalorian is now that? Given that he has accomplished his task and got baby Yoda to safety?

Re Grand Tour, Given that Nathan, Rich and Tim thought it was poor, I’m certain I’ll enjoy it😉

It was OK but it's all very formulaic at this stage. The Seaman one wasn't but the rest are all very samey...

The Seamen one was pretty samey, just on boats. It's not as if they depart from their successful formula.

As I've said before - I refer you to the name of the poster who expressed this opinion...

Am I imagining it or was there a reference to "Office Space" in Mando chapter 15 in the canteen scene?

Yes indeed. Nothing like a TPS report to lighten the mood.

Finally watched the last two Mandalorian episodes. Probably the best ones overall, but still a little too "Serenity" when they could have been "Rogue One" for me. I think it was the slightly cheesey TV acting/casting. But overall it was entertaining.
Spoiler
Though the whole thing was pretty pointless - Luke just arrived and kicked ass - he could have showed up at any time and kicked any one of the asses to rescue "the kid".

I agree. It was a weak ending.

Its good isn’t it! Shame there’s no screen wipe, but when you look at the people he has access to now thanks to Netflix you can’t blame him.

Just rewatching some Curb Your Enthusiasm and after 6 episodes I’m 100% with Larry David.
Cheers,

Mike.

I love Curb, I never get tired of it. I met Jeff once and ended up dancing on a stage with him 😎

11th series out at some point.
