Tales from the Loop trying to be a moody Xfileish Stranger thingsish Sci -Fi-y mystery. Found the first episode infuriatingly slow and the faux Vangelis melody irritating.
Inside No9 have very nearly finished watching all the series of this over the last few months. Just fantastic TV, not much levity but great self contained storytelling.
Schitt's Creek After very meh opening episodes our binging is gathering pace, nearly through series 2 and will jump straight into 3.

She's clearly attractive, but her eyes are freakishly far apart. It was really distracting in the scenes with Dudley Dursley because his eyes are so close together!

I'll grant you, that did catch my eye

I’ve just finished Industry on iPlayer.
Eight part drama about graduates starting work in the City. Lots of drugs and shagging.

Mandalorian was top fun this week, playing off a few things it's been teasing throughout the season - if you're holding off on it, wait till this season is over, then binge both seasons I guess.
Doing a nice job of telling a simple story with a bit of flair.
Imagine what they could have done with this writing team and the >$1b they've thrown at the sequel trilogy and associated toot.

Created by Jon Favreau, he’s basically responsible for kicking off the whole marvel cinematic universe with the first iron man

Yeah, not a shock that he understands the concept of having a coherent base layout of a plot arc.
You know, unlike whoever the fuck was in charge of the Star Wars sequel trilogy. What he gibbering fuck was that all about?

Also, everything is bettered by the addition of Rosario Dawson.

Watched all of Ballers recently, dumb as a box of rocks but entertaining.
Been struggling to find something to stick with this week. Started watching the Sopranos last week but gave up about half way through S2. Tried Brave New World but didn't like the first episode, which is a shame as I love the book and one of my favourite writers worked on the adaptation. Tried Succession again but it didn't stick.
Trying a show called The Outsider just now before I resign myself to just watching Stargate SG1 from the start

No, I hadn't heard of it. I might check it out if The Outsider is shite, cheers.

Very downbeat Aussie comedy. Very dark but very funny.
Along with Chernobyl, the best TV series in years IMO

It’s not on anything I can stream, but that’s a good shout. Watched Farscape again not long ago. Still weird but good, never realised that Zhaan was played by the woman who played the refinery warrior woman in Mad Max 2.

The Mandalorian has been excellent this season, shame there's only a couple of episodes left and then I'm guessing, a long wait for the next series.
