Or maybe half way in the morning, half way back in the evening, or maybe it hasn’t lived on a small island all it’s life.
Cheers, Harry

Nic so did you buy it or just pointing out how cheap it is? Sorry if I've missed the post.

I spent a couple of days in Guernsey and deduced they must have the highest number of Aston Martins per capita in the world. They were everywhere!Sundayjumper wrote: Mon Jun 22, 2020 9:48 am I’m just curious, my Vantage came from Guernsey and had low miles because it’s almost literally impossible to do high miles on a small island. Guernsey is smaller though, only 12 miles long.

Nic, the Cayenne does look lovely, especially from the rear 3/4

It’s the least offensive angle

For a 500hp 4.8 twin turbot barge that weighs as much as the sun, that's bloody great!
Re: Where’s the car price crash apocalypse ?
The touareg used to do 22/23 around town and 26/7 on the motorway so it’s surprisingly good. E46 330d averaged 26/27 for reference so the fuel bill isn’t really a concern!

Put in that context it's ridiculously goodNic wrote: Mon Jun 22, 2020 8:02 pmThe touareg used to do 22/23 around town and 26/7 on the motorway so it’s surprisingly good. E46 330d averaged 26/27 for reference so the fuel bill isn’t really a concern!

On a 'not entirely dull' run in the 330ci I get about the same - high 20s.
So yeah, that's bloody impressive. Modern engines be some kinda of magic.

It’s more than everyone else manages on them, so I was just wondering if it was the truth, or the “Nic Dales about to put a car up for sale and we’ll only hear about the reality after he’s sold it truth”.

Harry said it can do over 20mpg too, happy now? I’m sure it’ll dip around town.
My c32 does 14, I’ll tell you about that once I’ve sold it.
