New franchisee arrives with a truck and that’s suspicious? Really? This is why I’m not watching it - it’s speculation and conspiracy for engagement.

Yes, in the context of missing property, initially lying about it, then when presented with photographic evidence creating the most ridiculously convoluted "story" explaining its appearance. Then further testimony by their (ex?) employees of about it being unloaded with sets corresponding to the missing property on the dates in question, yes that is really suspicious.
Coffeezilla knows their stuff, hence not being sued out of existence by Valve.

Not sure what Valve has to do with Lego - isn't that an online game store?
If the new franchisee paid the franchisor for the franchise they acquired everything in that deal. If the old franchisee took goods on consignment and didn't document that, it's not the franchisor or the new franchisee's fault. As I said before, the old franchisee appears to be insolvent to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. If they had sold every single set belonging to this guy and not paid him, he'd been an unsecured creditor and get nothing. There's only one party at fault here and the vendetta against the franchisor brand and the new franchisee would in the UK probably land Ben Schneider in prison.

Its an example of Coffeezilla's investigative work in a previous comment you already replied to. Valve are a billion dollar game company who wisely did not sue Coffeezilla when he exposed their shady side.
If you want to dismiss that track record out of hand go ahead, frankly it's your loss and you look a bit silly assuming that the franchise is blameless. They are up to their necks in it and suing people to gag the conversation. I hope they get absolutely wrecked.

The franshisor didn't have possession of the lost Lego - that's pretty fundamental. If there were proof they did, even circumstantial, it doesn't require a 55 minute video to demonstrate it.
Coffeezilla (who I've never heard of) wasn't sued by Valve (a billion dollar game company)? Hardly surprising - Streisand effect. They can ignore him and their business is probably unaffected. Valve not sueing him doesn't provide any evidence of the truth of his claims. And it's a separate thing entirely to the Lego dispute.
It does demonstrate that he's good at making money from Youtube, but so are many freemen of the land, auditors, Russell Brand etc.

Rob is correct, Coffezilla is the guys long form, produced videos, Voidzilla is typically shorter, snappier stuff on a wide range of subjects, from youtubers getting in with obvious grifters, to crypto scams, to the Epstein files

I don't tend to watch the long form stuff, but there’s regularly interesting bits in the void channel

Legal Eagle have put out another video on the BAM & Co saga referencing Coffeezilla's work and whilst I had it on a 2nd screen the takeaway seems to be that BAM have completely shot their legal case to bits by making public statements that contradict their legal complaint of extortion by the other parties involved.
Although Legaleagle has dropped significantly in my trust index by flogging pre-alchohol snakeoil.

So more people who are not directly involved but make money out of Youtube videos have made a video about something which seesm to be a hot topic for discussion? You'll excuse my cynicism - it's all very well making a video about it based on the publicly known facts but that's entirely speculative. Bricks & Minifigs' actual lawyers won't be putting out videos.
Anyway, the scandal will play out, we won't influence it and it'll be interesting to see the full story and evidence rather than speculation when it inevitably reaches court. Back to actual Lego; there are some really good deals in the Amazon Prime Day sale. I think the Police Heist train for £113.99 is a bargain since just buying the Powered Up stuff and track would come to more than that normally:

I've lost track of how many videos relating to this incident have popped up in the last few weeks and the majority of them seem to be very long so I've instead not viewed any of them despite being interested to hear how this resolves.

I read a post from someone on Threads who were crying because they’d superglued the wrong pieces together. Upon people questioning it turned out that they superglue all their sets together.

My dining room is pure Lego build/display room, no dining table of any real nature. No one comes to visit me anyway <shrug>
And I tend to buy some Lego every month, even if its just vacuuming up the little City sets. Storage is my main problem at this point, I look like a proper hoarder

Anyone a collector of speed champions? We’re moving and downsizing, got a load of old style ones, and nowhere for them when we move. Happy to send them to someone who wants them- only thing is they’re a bit dusty from being stuck in our spare room
