I'm curious from a music nerd point of view - how do you get Seal's track and arrange it with all the other game elements/rearrange it for that trailer? Is it all done in-house with you guys, or do you sub contract out to a music production outfit with the finished trailer etc? Do you record your own sound effects and have a foley team in your gaff?

Bit of everything, although I assume this comes from WB sources/clout than just our little Cheshire team. We do have an internal Audio dept with their own studio for creating/curating SFX, same with VFX.

This trailer was kept very hush even to us, I only got wind a day before it was released.

Either way, whomever put this together should be very pleased with themselves, we're getting huge chatter online, 900k Steam wishlists, and No1 PS5 pre-order at time of writing.. 8-)

Just for the record, and this might bite me later if reviews aren't great lol, I was the Lead Tech Designer on the open world/Gotham City.

Do we get a discount code? I mean I’ll be getting this anyway because I love the casual nature and cartoony take on the usual game violence that all the Lego games have but shy kids get nowt as the saying goes

That's brilliant. So good I had to watch it twice, the Seal track is perfect 8-)

And Matt Berry as Bane as well...as someone commented "You really are the most devious crime fighter in Goth-ham Citaaay"

I’m not into Batman or Lego and I don’t know the significance of the Seal track but it’s a good trailer!

The Seal track was used in one of the 1990s Batman films so I appreciate the historic connection. But I’m definitely more a 60s Batman fan - I think I’m just worn down by superhero movies so blind to them now.

Game looks good in the trailer though; I hope it does really well for you Barry 😃
