I understand the desire for change, but Trump isn’t change; he’s the establishment itself, embodying so much of what Americans claim to oppose. He’s perhaps the least Christian “Christian” leader in recent memory and in his 4 years, he tripled the national debt even before COVID, with tax cuts that mostly benefited the wealthy—policies Biden only managed to revise last year. I just don’t get why anyone believes he’ll fix what he promises to as his track record suggests otherwise.

I get why people voted for Brexit—a desire for change, even if I thought it would turn out how it has. His offences would disqualify almost anyone else, somehow gets a pass from his supporters. He plays them like a fiddle, and I’m stunned by how many fall for it, and honestly the only explanation left seems to be simple gullibility.

He's a convicted sexual abuser and appears to be a sexual predator. Which surely comes as a surprise to nobody looking at the allegations across his career??

The fact he could even run for President, let alone win, blows my mind.

He said he was going to end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours, so we don’t have long to wait for his first test.

He’s supposed to get sentenced for all those crimes he was found guilty of next month. I’m sure that will be a spectacle.
