I assume this is in the wrong thread but we need an update on how far you can drive each car with your eyes closed when you fix it.seb wrote: Fri Feb 07, 2025 12:59 pm Nooooooooo. The campervan is half mine, and I still have the old VW T5 too. The last 8 years has been M240i/RS3/RS4/M3T, but they've all been my wife's cars, she's the big earner in the house, not me. I just have to drive them. It's a hard life
Summary: M3 obviously awesome*, involving, sideways, etc. Surprisingly I think the RS4 felt punchier (M3 clearly not slow though). RS3 5-pot had by far the best sound of the bunch.
* at least, it is so far. Only had it a week today, and barely even done 50 miles in it yet.

An absolute unit
Re: Dogecoin etc
When I fix what? TBH in the BMW it's easy, it steers for you. Probably do a mile, nae bother

Re: Dogecoin etc
Been a while peeps. Is cypto about to go up? @V8Granite stopped crying about RR yet
Joking aside Gold getting to such levels you have to wonder what's coming. Also as mentioned earlier in this thread about hyperinflation - we have in the country all become poorer and will continue to have less buying power.

This surely must be a good buy-in point for BTC. Was $106k in Jan, now down to $80k.

Re: Dogecoin etc
Just quick look at the graph shows it was fairly settled at $55-65k before Trump came in. What justification is there for it staying any higher than that?Gavster wrote: Fri Feb 28, 2025 11:56 am This surely must be a good buy-in point for BTC. Was $106k in Jan, now down to $80k.
Re: Dogecoin etc
Trump would like to purse a strategic Bitcoin reserve, although the whole Bill behind it was set up by the previous administration. Some of the reasoning is stupid though. They just want to buy it up otherwise China will... And that they can halve US debt in 20 years by buying up a vast quantity of Bitcoin as it will continue to appreciate in value. Although basic laws of supply and demand say that it will tank once they start selling it...

The Bitcoin four year cycle has been a reliable pattern (until now at least!), and the current four-year cycle should peak some time later this year.Rich B wrote: Fri Feb 28, 2025 1:50 pmJust quick look at the graph shows it was fairly settled at $55-65k before Trump came in. Also, trump started using crypo to grift his fans, er, I mean, get people to buy into crypto.Gavster wrote: Fri Feb 28, 2025 4:04 pmThe Bitcoin four year cycle has been a reliable pattern (until now at least!), and the current four-year cycle should peak some time later this year.Rich B wrote: Fri Feb 28, 2025 1:50 pmJust quick look at the graph shows it was fairly settled at $55-65k before Trump came in. But given most of them got fucking rug-pulled or insider sniped, it rather undermined confidence, arf.

He's listed the coins he'd like added to the strategic reserve. Currently doesn't have his own coins on that list of 5 though.

There was also some crazy amounts of insider trading before Trump's tweet
Absolutely fucking crazy.

XRP is a good choice as it means faster money transfers and is a useful thing to have.
Mainly though I’ve had some since 2022 and want it to do well

I've just come here to say that I'd always said I'd sell my ETH when 1=£3k again, and it did, and I didn't sell it.
