Do an inflateable, then when he gets cocky, launch him across the inflatable and bounce to victory

Dave!
I suspect peoples nips get hardened to them. I also have some lovely Bjorn Borg tech t-shirts that are lightweight and silky smooth. Some of the cheaper tech t-shirts are quite chunky weave and cheese-grateresque. Altough I only ever had a problem with runners nipple back when I first started.Mito Man wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 3:06 pm Running at 8kmh I can go for a long time until my feet blister and I have enough. I also made a terrible mistake, bought one of those polyester keep cool running t-shirts for the upcoming hot weather. Now I've always hated plastic clothing and think that nothing beats cotton. Well this bastard t-shirt has sanded my nipples away to nothing during a 5k run
How do people wear these?!
Its a painful old lesson to learn, that first time it happens, you don't realise and you get in the shower...Mito Man wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 3:06 pm Running at 8kmh I can go for a long time until my feet blister and I have enough. Congratulations, that's amazing stuffDeskJockey wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2024 11:03 am Milestone achieved today. Ran my first 10k ever (10.65k to be precise), at a reasonable pace of 5.52m/km. Realised it was something I could do when I managed an unplanned 9.3k last week. If you'd told me three years ago that I would be able to do that, I'd have laughed.
Have to get some new running gear, as my running trousers no longer fit and keep slipping down my hips. I've clearly lost some girth!
