If it can get back to 0.94 which was my average buy then I’ll be really happy, then another long game.

Dave!
I wouldn't count on Glencore to boost the share price, I have a few of their shares and they have been a very disappointing investment.

I’m in it for 10 years at least, plus TM1 just need as many sound Black Mads deals as possible for faith to be restored in them.

Optimist, very much so 😂

Ohhhh BTC and ETH are looking like they’re heading towards a buy-in point. Not checked any analysis but ETH has lost nearly 25% since I sold a couple of weeks ago.

I started buying Eth three weeks ago so this outcome is not unexpected.

Gilts look tempting? I really hope people don't start considering gilts to be volatile investments on which to make a quick buck.

I've just read through all of that. A bit hard going in places. But interesting in others, wrt what ownership really means.

TLDR:
26. Section 12 of CPA 1974 imposes on each collection authority a duty to arrange for the collection of household waste in its area. Section 14 imposes on each disposal authority a duty to arrange for the disposal of the waste collected by it in pursuance of section 12; and, for the purpose of the performance of that duty, it empowers each disposal authority to provide places at which to dispose of the waste, plant and equipment for processing or disposing of waste, and places at which to deposit waste before it is transferred to a place or plant and equipment for the sorting and processing of waste. Section 14 (6) (c) provides:

"(6) A disposal authority or a collection authority may permit another person to use facilities provided by the authority in pursuance of the preceding provisions of this section and may provide for the use of another person any such facilities as the authority has power to provide in pursuance of those provisions; and—
...
(c) anything delivered to the authority by another person in the course of using the facilities shall belong to the authority and may be dealt with accordingly."

27. What was delivered to the landfill was the Hard Drive. The defendant's simple contention is this: it is the claimant's case that the Hard Drive was delivered to the Site by "another person", namely his partner at the time; she delivered it "in the course of using the facilities"; and, in those circumstances, the Hard Drive belongs to the defendant and the claimant is not entitled to it.

28. In my judgment, the defendant's argument is correct and provides a complete answer to the claim.

10 year at nearly 5 percent not tempting?

UK interest rates however certainly likely more to go up than down in the near future.

If you're buying gilts it's for the long term, so I assume you are retiring and cashing in the BTC?

Hearing it called a Trump Pump may just make me cash out 😂

I’ve been in the black for a while now so seeing the numbers have another jump looks good. All just magic money till it lands in my account though.
