Put over 3000 miles on the S60 since we got it and the mpg is up to 56 something average. Got in the Saab to take it for it's MOT and the battery was flat. One new battery £92 later and all fine.

Toying with the idea of sticking a tow bar on the Volvo so we can use if for the bike rack and swapping the Saab for something less voluminous. :?

See - that's what Aussies are supposed to be like. But they're not! Most of them are bloody vegan fair-trade coffee shop barristas who get all bent out of shape at the drop of a hat. Fake News!

There's a show on Might Car Mods back up channel called Skid Factory that has the most Aussiest guy ever building cars.

The current build is a Barra straight six into a Bedford van.

I dunno, I can see the appeal if you have the space and spanners to tinker with one...

Nope. Totally lost on me. It's like kicking, say, Rosario Dawson to the kerb after a phenomenally successful breast augmentation (the respray, if that was too obscure) and shacking up with the fag-in-mouth old battleaxe who runs the greasy spoon and smells of regret and failure, and is unable to remove the stink of her life no matter how many baths she takes in her bedsit above the convenience store.

Ste's a big strong boy and I know he has a plan but fuck me this is causing me some brain ache right now.

Ye have little faith.

You must realise Ste will turn this around in a way that will make you change your mind on Mk1/2 Escorts and do something like this
