I love that. I hate the fact that people charge so much for MOC instructions though.

Pixar Lamp. 😎
Definite purchase. I loved the original animation and this is a great representation. It’ll sit well next to Wall-E, one of my favourite sets of all time.

I’m not bothering with the shuttle/747 because the shuttle model isn’t as good as the dedicated shuttle and the whole thing is enormous to display. Shame because the piggyback shuttle is an absolutely iconic image from my childhood - I’ve no idea where I saw it but I kept drawing pictures of it in about 1979/1980.

Was out for a curry with a couple of mates for a belated birthday meal and one of them gifted me a large FW14B, complete with tiy Nige! Happy days.

We are off to Rhodes for a week on Wednesday but I may have a crack before we go. No idea how big the set is when built, but it is a decently sized box!

I like how the last shot in the Lego product images shows it next to a fancy record player... Like they know the kinda tragics who will be into this stuff, easily parted with money for niche enjoyment

I don’t know if it’s a decent deal or not, but Argos have the concord for £135 instead of the usual £170 at the moment.

I might save my pennies for the Italian Riviera, but the GB is good price considering its a licenced model. 8-)

The riviera is a set that I like but won't pay full price for - it's too expensive. But it should be discounted at some point.

Ooooh looks cool.

Lego Batman being both the best Lego movie and the best Batman movie has set my expectations very high.
