Unusual then.......

Just had a stroll to the shops and whilst not thinking of much I started noticing a fair number of houses with brand allegiance to one manufacturer. Mazda CX-5 and MX5, BMW 3 touring and M2, etc... all very nice mixes. Then I passed this one - serious lack of imagination! I suppose one is an estate and there isn’t much choice in the Skoda range!

I’ve seen people get excited over far uglier “shooting brake” conversions!

Saw my first Taycan today on the M25 sitting behind the spray of a lorry. Either a potato or just running low on juice

Saw a silver Citroen bx gti yesterday. Can’t remember the last time I saw a bx never mind a gti.

Sadly the mrs was too slow with the phone to get a photo

I saw a red shooting brake from afar yesterday and I thought it looked great. At the time I thought it was a CLS but could have been a CLA

We need a rule that only coupes, not hatchbacks, made into estates can be called shooting brakes!

I'm happy for the CLS to count as a four door coupe.

Shooting brakes are 3 door.

There’s a BX GTi 4x4 up the road from me. It’s not moved in at least five years. Such a shame.

I had a neighbour in my last place who was a Citroen guy, he had 2 BXs, a DS and a traction avant. I really don’t see the attraction of a BX!
