Presumably trying to say PUB with that spacing? On a very nondescript white van.

You know, my kids are watching a lot of Postman Pat 'Special Delivery Service' at the moment on CBeebies. In it Pat has a modern van, a sidecar motorcycle, a jeep, a helicopter, and in the episode yesterday he was in a rocket. You know what the public service policeman drives in it? A 40+ year old Rover/Triumph thing.
You know what this all tells me? It tells me that privatisation works!

Pat is now the Chief Executive and is giving himself huge bonuses before the shareholders realise he’s stripped all the assets!
