I agree with @ZedLeg because I see the Happy Mondays, UB40, even Shakespeare’s sister as being quite ‘pop’.

Yeah, it’s semantics really isn’t it. Interpretation.
And it’s not really that I don’t like it as such. I thought Billie Eilish was fantastic last year. Adele too was great.

Has anyone got their eye on anything today? Currently in a Ryanair plane heading back from Italy and planning to spend the afternoon/evening in front of Glasto TV

Meh, some years the festivals have line ups that appeal to you, others not so much. Half the fun of festivals is watching bands you didn't realise you liked live and then smashing their set.
I go to little one called truck - last year was awesome because they had everything everything & royal Blood, but I saw plenty of other bands who turn out to be awesome - Reytons stood out.
This year they have the streets, Jamie T and a few others. It doesn't look like a particularly strong one, but who knows!

Paul Heaton’s set was excellent. Lovely to see Norman Cook join him for Happy Hour too.

I'm looking forward to Cyndi Lauper as my guilty secret at 2.30

There is a Mark Corrigan flag being waved in front of The Last Dinner Party.
