I was thinking this morning that if someone came to me with a case like that, no matter how much they paid me I wouldn't take it on.
1. Even if you win, you won't achieve the result you intend.
2. There's only bad PR to be obtained from bringing it - not just for the client, but for the lawyer.
3. Imagine acting for someone like that.

It's very much the attitude of someone who has always bought their way out of problems (not a shock for Mr Wank Me Off and I'll Buy You A Pony ), and doesn't realise that it doesn't work for everything.
