For me the watchout mentioned in the video about comprehension is the most crucial - more than once I've speed-read a whole section and picked up every word - and then realised I actually took in fook all as my mind had momentarily flipped elsewhere.

That's crazy, the 900wpm felt like I was just hanging on to what was happening, although I still understood what it was saying, i just had to fill in a few gaps, which is the point it was making.
