I guess you’re left handed???
On first glance, I thought “Jesus Alex has weird fat forearms...”
Correct. The weight gain of last year hasn't helped

ETA: now I've watched it, none of them are worth the asking price. The lawr389 ones I linked on eBay are a full piece of leather each side, the stitching is smooth underneath (not roughly glued like the B&J strap) and they're utter bargains. Well worth getting one, or a few in fact at his prices, just to see how nice they are.
Will keep an eye on their shop. Think I want to get a brown strap for spring but not sure what tone I want, might pick up several from there!

Blimey Alex - we need a list of your collection. You must have a McLaren’s worth of timepieces by now?

The ones I've listed are all quality from my own personal experience. Of course, no point in getting a 100 quid strap for a Seiko 5.
They should be quality at those prices! But high quality straps can also be very bland and almost too refined, meaning they are boring.

It’s nice to have an alternative look available. I really like being able to swap my C11 from a leather strap to my SuperEngII.
Decided I fancied a bracelet for the new Christmas purchase. The OEM one is £300 and not the most exciting. Fancied a Shark Mesh - works great IMHO.
OEM (and the sellers pic - he is better at this than me)
Mesh

I like a mesh strap. Get you arm waxed for free while wearing it too

@McSwede - it’s. Geckota bracelet via WatchGecko. I went for the
satin finish
@Mito Man a finer mesh might do that, but the shark mesh is pretty chunky.

Lovely, bargain hand-made leather straps here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/lawr389/m.ht ... pg=&_from= - I've got about a dozen now. The edges are unfinished so they're not 'formal' but they're made of really nice soft leather which looks great as it wears and are very comfy. Need to be a bit lucky to find the colour you're after.
Bought one of these, pretty happy with it, should give the old Seiko a bit more life anyway.

I used to have a pen like that when I was a kid, where a women would 'undress' when you turned it upside down.
Of course it hadn't been dunked in a bucket of diamonds...

Yes indeed. As if any proof were needed. A tasteless monstrosity. (I'll let you decide

One of these arrived today. Didn’t really see the point before but with a new year fitness drive in full swing I fancied better fitness tracking than the old Fitbit I have (partly as it gets left in a draw between runs and then is always flat...)
I must say - it’s probably the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put on my wrist. After 5 minutes you forget it’s even there.
New GMT and dive watch faces are also ace!
On the downsides apple make it needlessly difficult to listen to music offline and no tidal app support. So I’m going to have to faff around ripping music from tidal like it’s 1999 and limewire is still a thing...
Plus my new 12 pro arrived from Vodafone and a pair of beats Powerbeats pro for running - tech overload!!

Is your wrist just small or is it very far away?
