Fun for a while I'm sure but ultimately just awful.

Also, are we starting to see the end of the classic car bubble ? This Mk1 Escort was a bargain compared to a lot of the asking prices out there:

I generally like slammed cars but doing it to a GT3 seems wrong. Optimistically priced for a cat C with suspension that most would see as blasphemy as well.

On the basis the below nice un messed about example of a gen 2 996 GT3 is £67.5k, I would value it as follows £67.5 less £20,000 as its been written off and is higher miles, less £10,000 to put it back to stock and less £5,000 for the hassle of having to do it. I'd therefore put my offer in at my 997 and he pays me £10k to make it not an abomination

I'm into modded Porsches - just ones modded for performance, rather than to make you look like a twat.

Ah, but that Zanzibar car is the purer 996.1 so it's the original

That car had been crashed 3/4 times. Well documented, thus I don’t mind it being modded. But £70k?

Mega mile Alpina

I love the idea of a B10, a 530i with more power, torque and an extra gear. Colour isn't brilliant to me and the interior is a tart's purse but surely big six beemers are becoming a rational investment now....?

With 248k on the clock, me putting another 400 a week on would be neither here nor there really.

Except it’s a Cat C, the headlight is shagged, the interior is even more shagged, god knows what’s mechanically further shagged. There’s a reason for the crap photos. I reckon its cheaper to just buy a decent example which at least has half a chance of appreciating.
