Not that I have a car I can track, but Evo have got an evening at Bedford autodrome in May. £189!

Snetterton could be a good shout, my best mate lives in norwich so i could combine a visit to him.
I did a drift day (with him) at Oulton years ago, it’s a bloody long way from me!
what’s bedford autodrome like?

I'd recommended Bedford if you've not done many.

Bedford is good, but the noise restrictions are a nightmare. My 7 had problems that kinda wrecked the day for me and I know my Elise would have no chance.

I was just about to say Bedford too. Very flat, which is good in this case.
I did one at Brands Indy and didn't enjoy it. Too short and the particular day was very busy, I didn’t get a single completely clear lap all day.

You have to be pretty well organised with this track day lark don’t you. They sell out months ahead and all want paying up front. It’s almost like you need to allocate a grand and plan out your whole year in february.

A grand? And the rest
Bedford is quite a decent track but I’ll forever dislike it after spinning my first MX5 on the penultimate corner of the out lap

Obviously depending on how many you wanted to do, but prebooking 4-5 track days over the spring/summer would be probably as much as i could manage to fit in.

I'd assumed you were talking about a grand per event - allowing for entry fee, travel there/back, tyres, brakes, fuel, insurance, Ginsters, ....

Unless they do a “ginster’s, petrol and tyres” prebook service i’m unaware of, you don’t need to pay them up front…
