No F1 thread?
Re: No F1 thread?
That’s one of my favourite stats - Williams last winner.
Stroll is a bit of a curious one in that he performs better in the wet/changeable conditions than the dry - Hockenheim last year was another example and then of course the time he out qualified the car in Monza.

For all the hate Stroll gets as driving for Daddy's team etc. I don't think he's a bad driver. He's not doing too badly against the very best and he did pretty well in the junior formulae IIRC. It's not like he's a Maldonado.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.
Re: No F1 thread?
He’s had a good start to this season. He was crap last season - comprehensively spanked by Perez - who is average.
Re: No F1 thread?
Good or bad he’s got a face you’d never get tired of slapping! And that voice...
Re: No F1 thread?
All of this.
That said the prepubesence of your average F1 driver these days is quite something. Norris, Albon, Stroll, Russell and Gasly would all struggle to get into a nightclub.
Re: No F1 thread?
Yes I find he’s very much like Shmeeeeeeee in the irritability department

Re: No F1 thread?
What irritates me about stroll more than anything is that despite daddy being a billionaire he still has a haircut that looks like his mam does it for him

Not officially confirmed yet but F1 to race at Imola, Nurburgring and Portimao!
Really excited to see them race at Portimao - something they should have been doing for years imo, at the expense of some of the duller euro circuits

Hopefully this will be a big reset for track choices going forwards.

It’s amazing what tracks are available when the FIA don’t ask for $100 million per race. Who would have thought.

Please don’t stick a tatty Gulf livery on it. Just let it die already.

There's a rumour that Portimao will be a spectator event. My boy's on half term at the time...

In fact, it says it will be a spectator event on the F1 site.Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Fri Jul 24, 2020 9:46 pm There's a rumour that Portimao will be a spectator event. My boy's on half term at the time...
