That’s a pleasant surprise! I like it a lot more than I think I would, if fact one of the few new cars that I would buy, EuroMillions-pending (along with Alpine A110 & Morgan Plus 4)

Aventurine Green with Agave Green interior and carbon roof for me please.

My favourite 992 so far.

Yeah not the best wheels. I love the 997.1 turbo though. Manual, cobalt blue, just like this one:

First generation since the 996.1 that looks better with the sport design bodykit. Shows how wrong they got the original design IMO - particularly after the 991.2 which looked brilliant. Sport design wing looks better than the weird looking one on the turbo too. Very odd.

I absolutely adore the wheels on Harry's. Not sure I'd want to have centre-lock wheels on my own for purely practical reasons (bloody impossible to get them done up to the right torque at home), but they look stunning.
But would you be working on a car like that at home?

It’s a car like any other. Putting on winter wheels, cleaning the back of the alloys...

i don’t think I’ve taken a wheel off a car since I cleaned/repainted the callipers in my e46 M3 - that must have been 7-8 years ago. I’d be fine with centre locks!

Centre locks look quite funky, but I don’t see the point on a road car.

The first time I took wheels off a car to clean them my son rolled one onto the drive face down and scratched it up.

:D I'd like to think anyone who can afford the car can afford a half decent impact wrench.

Impact wrenches are horrible things which are tools of destruction in the hands of simpmetons.

A decent torque wrench is easy to do 600nm with, it’s a faff though as you would normally have a short extension and it’s something large to keep in the car.

When you buy a Porsche with center locks, it comes with the tool to torque them up correctly, AFAIK.

That would be the tool even OPCs have trouble using, according to the PH link... 😄

Yes, because race car; but they’re a stupid impractical thing for road use.

You sir, need a rest from the internet 8-)

One of these I do like how it's suitable for light commercial vehicles, and Porsche centrelocks.
