New Unreal Engine 5 demo

If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

Well, that's me depressed (and impressed). Wonder what the fees are on this version

"We can do a hundred billion triangles on screen."

Er, how about 25billion and then run the fucking thing at 60fps?

I'll grant you though, that infinite LOD trick is impressive, as is the non raytraced global illumination.

My PS4 still doesn’t look as good as the Unreal Engine 4 demo so yeah, Unreal 5 looks good and maybe we’ll get close to those graphics in 7 years time
How about not having a sig at all?

Impressive. Bet it's running on a PS5 submerged in liquid nitrogen. :D

Probably. Plus it's 'only' 1440p at 30fps which is a bit dissapointing. I'll always take a bit less realism for a smooth 60fps.

I'd rather smooth art than a series of jerky near-photos.

I'd hope anything we used it for would earn more than a mill dollar tbh

Looking very close to photo realistic isn't it.
An absolute unit
