It looks in great nick, but strange how a sports car in bright red can look so understated.Matty wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:26 pm I still don't think Red does the Elise shape any favours. And an Elise on 100k for £17k in this current climate seems a bit strong for my liking, especially with a random engine in. But it's probably just me being miserable.

Red suits 993 Turbos though... Hubba:Matty wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:26 pm I still don't think Red does the Elise shape any favours. I think that looks awful! I’ve never been a fan of metallic darker reds on any car though tbh - red should be bright red to me.Matty wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 8:36 pmAh, well - now you're mixing things up a bitspeedingfine wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 12:32 pmRed suits 993 Turbos though... Firstly, 993 Turbo? I'd have one even in Layland Brown. I mean, look at it.
But that's a metallic, darker red - and they did S1's in that colour, Rudy Red? Firestone? Something like that, a darker, metallic Red. That I don't mind. It's the flat red that doesn't work for me.
