And after years of it being criticised for spikey handling, limited lock to catch slidez, and a dead brake pedal..... they appear to have nailed it. . Driving buddy ScottF sold his Supercharged Atom some time ago - it was always utterly ballistic in a straight line (with a dominant howl from the charger announcing when the throttle was fully depressed), but it's handling reputation always stopped me wanting one

Always throws up some curious quirks which annoy the marque idolists
Plus some cars, good on the road, aren’t so great on track ..... and vice versa

There’s a fundamental problem with the Atom: the shape of the structure. In a heavy crash it will always bend because it’s bent to start with.
