New sub copy envelope
New sub copy envelope
Looks like the plastic protective envelopes are gone. My latest issue arrived proudly stating it was in a paper envelope to reduce plastic use

Damp magazines are a small price to pay for saving the planet.

We should do an OV9 magazine. Every month there’d be an article on whoever bought a shonky 911, the latest lease deals and the daftest tow car.

To be fair, most of my mail arrives in paper envelopes and very rarely is anything damaged by water and I live in Scotland, you Southerners should be grand.

What a random moan.
Re: New sub copy envelope
The plastic envelopes are definitely more protective. Does nobody else remember the fuss when they were occasionally sent out in paper envelopes previously?

Re: New sub copy envelope
its a magazine, not a Picasso painting. The minuscule risk of it getting a little damage is not going to change the content.
Re: New sub copy envelope
I usually get my Picassos’s delivered in paper envelopes too.
Re: New sub copy envelope
Its not a plastic envelope its polywrap which you can buy as biodegradable potato starch alternative. Might have been a better solution. Must admit we use the cheaper stuff still for all my clients.

Citroen?

I guess I should be grateful they haven't hiked the price to over £10 an issue plus postage.
