I'll take back what I said about Smith. England can lose this all on their own.

Pipe down sir  You're more than welcome to carry on tossing sticks and chasing Haggis anti-clockwise around hillsides but please don't besmirch the beautiful game of cricket. Thank you ;)

That would only take a handful of overs since I deleted most of it. Because it was crap.

All out for 67 - so good.

Saying this 10 for 1 is a nice fightback :D

That was an astonishing bit of cricket. We had a family BBQ lunch at ours today and all ended up in the living room watching it all afternoon.

Sensational performance from Ben Stokes alongside the greatest knock for 1 run I've ever seen from Jack Leach. This will live long in the memory!!

The world cup final was pretty spectacular too...

Stokes is an absolute beast. When they talk about the 'clutch gene', I think Stokes got just about all of them!

We have been treated to some of the most exciting cricket I can ever remember this summer, seriously dramatic stuff. Went to T20 at the oval a couple of weeks ago and that's a fun evening out too, packed house. Cricket seems in reasonable health right now.

Fingers crossed for a great finish to the ashes and then a great rugger world cup.

Sadly my post was accurate as I didn't get to see a single ball of the world Cup final 🤦‍♀️

Balmer?

Archer is a weapons arsenal! Six-fer ftw today.
Hello!

I was back in the UK on my hols, just happened to coincide with the first 2 Tests ;)

Flew back to Aus while the 3rd started, jet lagged to fuck, slightly delirious through the night as they got rolled over for 67 and then early night last night for first day back at work today - yeah right

I thought the World Cup final was once in a lifetime stuff, then again 6 weeks later 8-)
Absolutely a-fucking-mazing!

You don't, you just try and make sure he has no team mates left for him to play with.

Wouldn't chance a lucky deflection. I'd be on the blower to HMS Vengeance if I were you.
