No F1 thread?
Re: No F1 thread?
Yep, you didn’t need an extra 2 laps Toto, you needed a good pit stop.
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: No F1 thread?
Watched about 8 hours of this race. From Hamilton in practice stacking it it was fair to say they did really well. Maybe were tired after all the work in the Garage? Can't moan tho after all that.

Great race. Leclerc deserves that win. Vettel is finished I think, he’s just phoning it in these days. Hamilton let down by a bad pit stop. Bottas 2.0 is dead, he’s been killed by the original, who is now back in control. Gutted for Norris, that 5th would’ve been brilliant for him. Albon’s RB debut was excellent, a few brilliant overtakes.

Mustang GT 5.0 V8 -- Jaguar F-Pace

That would indeed be interesting and his last shot at the championship probably.

Is that an actual rumour you’ve read somewhere or just something random you’ve come up with?

He’d probably still be in a Ferrari seat if he wasn’t such a disruptive diva.

Probably waiting in hope that someone else manages to develop the maclaren into a machine capable of running at the front of the grid before muscling his way back in.
Cheers, Harry

I’d have Norris over Alonso, and there’s no way you could have Norris AND Alonso, unless you wanted Spanish toys thrown all over the garage.

Alonso’s gone and he isn’t coming back, at least not to anywhere decent. He’s toxic and teams know it.

Re: No F1 thread?
Just looking on the BBC live blog. This is pretty stupid and actually annoyed me
“Sebastian Vettel’s Monza helmet is a blast from the past: from a time when Formula 1 drivers, in the early 70s, used their helmet for up to two years and it looked battle-scarred accordingly.”
The drivers could just use a helmet for one whole season straight if they want this effect rather than getting a fake paint job applied to a brand new helmet... Especially now that they’re supposedly meant to carry the same design through the whole season bar one for a race which is special to them.

They say bad things happen in 3s. Some very lucky marshals!

Dumb red flag at that point, everyone would have been past Kimi's car before the red flag came out, so you might as well let everyone finish their hot lap and then bring it out surely?
