Problem is that (from what I've read) it seemed to be generally agreed that the 3.0 was a "better" car than the Z4M...and didn't look hugely different either - whereas at least the Z3M has that very unique appearance

i expect with cars like these, there’s only a handful ever on the market at any one time, so a popular youtuber could definitely affect the costs.

You feeling ok? This is the second time you've been incredibly wrong this week.....
The Z3 was a cobbled together, slow and dull roadster. Sticking an M3 engine and a hard top in it doesn’t make it look good, nor make the engineering better.

And in this instance he's doing something else at the same time with Tavarish, so is going to get considerably more exposure than he already does.

He did mention helping a small YouTube channel in Florida.

If you disagree, show your working. The Z3 was not BMW’s finest hour.

Because they’re a little imperfect is a decent chunk of their appeal.

The 2.8 and M versions anyway. The idea of a short wheelbase e30 with a decent engine ( lovely one in the M) is a reason to want one.

I’m not a massive fan, i hate the interior and they’re pretty weird looking (lovely wheels though)…

But i can still see the appeal - they’re just so quirky! what the hell were BMW thinking! 😂

There’s one in my road and i always look at it when i go past.

I like them but get that they are weird looking things. As Jobbo alludes to they look like that due to budget and build restraints rather than designed that way from ground up. I look at them a bit like a posh kit car :D

My mate had one about 10 years ago and he is decent driver albeit a bit of a loon but he sold it within 3 months as it was a right handful to drive quickly!

The supercar dealer down the road had a metallic blue clown shoe parked outside, and despite the awkward look, I think it is a very cool thing.
