Add Calendar Link to email...

Morning all,

Do you know if it's possible to add a schedule of events as a link to an e-mail ? I know you can do a single event but I'd like to do multiples.

So for a particular software release, create all day events (where time is left as free) for:

End of Development
Start of INT
End of INT
Start of UAT
Go/No Go
End of UAT
Go Live
End of ELS

So create 1 e-mail to all parties involved in the release, including Business Testers) so they can click on a link and it creates 8 Outlook Calendar Events

Yeah, create a .ics to send out. You can do it manually but easier to use a generator like: https://ical.marudot.com

Can that approach do multiple different individual events - i.e not a recurring etc.

Edit - looks like it can - I'll see about getting the site approved at work and give it a try.
