I was just going off what's listed in some of legal pages when you google UK aggravated burglary tbf. But yes, you're right, you'd expect firearms charges as well I guess.

As for location - it's on the outskirts of Greater Manchester, not the middle of nowhere, so firearms wouldn't be unusual by any stretch.

I'd assume any farmer will have at least a shotgun given how easy they are to get and how they need them for their job. So... fuck around and find out. Will be interesting to see how this pans out.

Its been something we'd been discussing here actually as I've been learning to shoot and next move will be to apply for a firearms license to cover us for something on the croft and to use at a range, so would you feel any safer having a gun in the house, or the opposite.
