If you're down this way give me a shout, you're welcome to take it for a spin. Just please don't offer that kind of "favour" in return. I'm sticking to Beany for that.

Literally.

Ugh.

Deep fried pizza and Irn Bru for lunch followed by whiskey with Mik this afternoon. I’m trying hard to be Scottish 😂

Hell no, that pizza looks horrific, I’d feel bad subjecting my body to that 😂
How about not having a sig at all?

Whiskey (with an “e” ) refers to Irish / US rubbish ;)

Whisky (no “e”) is the Scottish stuff. The good stuff. 8-)

(I don’t like either  )

I've never had a deep fried pizza in my life, let me know how it was!
Cheers,

Pizza crunch is very tasty, if you like pizza and fish and chips, then you’ll probably like it too. I think it might be all the fat. Hard to describe, but I was pleasantly surprised. Wouldn’t have it again though, once is enough. I do now feel like I’m ready for some of Glasgow’s other specialities to keep me awake; class a drugs

He made* me! 😮

* not really, but he was there and after the guide explained *stuff* I had to taste them. I was driving though so it was little sips and take the rest of each dram home in a jar.

I think she looked a little nervous when we think we both said that whisky wasn’t our thing 😂 was nice to try and I learned something about whisky while I got to actually knock them all back :)

Thanks for the quick blast in the Lotus and coming along for the tasting!

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting you, and finding an excuse to step away from work. You taking me to a whisky tasting reminded me of being in Dubai on business and my boss was like “wow - we have to go up the Burj Khalifa” and I said “yeah ok” before asking several locals “is it any good?”. None of them had been up - of course.

I meant to ask if you'd had use of the word "ginger" explained to you yet. That blew my mind on my first trip to Glasgow as a teenager.
Cheers,

Mike.
