Oh yeah, they do a petrol version too.Mito Man wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:24 pmYou can buy a delivery mileage pre reg petrol one for just over £15k, don’t think I’d bother with the EV version as the price difference would take forever to reclaim.Beany wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:06 pmThirty grand or so for a reasonably put together EV with decent town range and spacious enough interior in SUV format.Ascender wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 11:46 am So are these MG ZS cars incredibly good... or are they literally giving them away? Seems to be every fourth or fifth car is one of these round this way.
As domestic appliances go, I can see why they're popular.
To be fair, my first reaction when seeing one of these was "I thought MG went bust (again)". Was very confused.Beany wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:28 pmOh yeah, they do a petrol version too.Mito Man wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:24 pmYou can buy a delivery mileage pre reg petrol one for just over £15k, don’t think I’d bother with the EV version as the price difference would take forever to reclaim.Beany wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:06 pm

God I don't pay much attention to MG, do I?![]()
Someone near me has got one of these Fiskers and I like it. It's a decent size and the satin paint finish and forged carbon wheel blades project an air of reassuring expenseSundayjumper wrote: Tue Nov 07, 2023 8:59 amIf you'd told me it was the latest Chinese MG, I wouldn't have argued.
I saw one one of these the other night too. Cool shape and decent details..not quite as eye catching as the giant Maestro though (Ioniq 5)ZedLeg wrote: Tue Nov 14, 2023 1:25 pm Saw an Ioniq 6 in that bright blue they paint the spicy Velosters in. A bold colour choice for such a big and odd shaped car but it looked cool.

Spotted this in central London at the weekend - any ideas what it is?
The owner lives in the building it’s parked outside. Young guy (late teens/early twenties). Gets a parking ticket every day (has a glove box full of them). Doesn’t pay them as the car isn’t uk registered and the council no longer tow cars away parked in valid bays…GG. wrote: Wed Nov 29, 2023 8:25 am

The problem is that it costs £100k+ to restore them properly, and they’ll still drive like a solid Triumph Spitfire with slow steering.Sundayjumper wrote: Fri Dec 01, 2023 4:30 pm On the M6 today. Looked like a total basket case but I guess given its value once restored it’s worth doing. RHD too. £150k+ ?

I guess he will not be able to get a parking permit if its not UK registered.Jimexpl wrote: Tue Dec 05, 2023 1:38 pmThe owner lives in the building it’s parked outside. There was a white Senna and Ford GT just around the corner from it this morning which suited both of them. Kuwait plates.
