The ebay thread
Re: The ebay thread
The Lexus convertible is fucking hideous to start with and they’ve somehow made it worse

The Delfino Feroce had a go at it.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 9:35 pmI can't say I like it, but on paper Impreza underpinnings rebuilt into a lightweight 2-seater is a pretty cool idea.

Re: The ebay thread
I had a random look on marketplace, no search words, to see what would pop up;

It's one of my previous cars
I only sold it because I couldn't garage it to look after it properly so it's a relief to see a difficult decision was worth it.

Re: The ebay thread
It's a shame about the Jaguar logo on startup, this looks very neat otherwise:

Re: The ebay thread
It's ok but looks a bit cheap in the pics, certainly for the Jag price.
Re: The ebay thread
my dad had a 2.0i ghia in a similar colour with the same front grill/lights as that - C314BTR. I liked that car, I remember the day I asked him how fast it did 0-60, his response was to slam on the breaks, stop and tell me to start counting!jamcg wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2023 3:34 pm One for beany’s sierra fetish

New Old Stock? They look pretty normal to me, but maybe the standard ones have gone yellow, or the silvering is flaking?Beany wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2023 4:15 pmI'm confused over the NOS headlight thing.jamcg wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2023 3:34 pm One for beany’s sierra fetish

Re: The ebay thread
Ah, that might be it. New old stock didn't cross my mind, I thought it was some weird Ford Freak modification or something.

BMW F10 550i, which is rare in the first place, but also has a very high spec and very low miles, and (I think) sensibly priced too.

That's been for sale for yonks ! I'm sure it was up for more originally and I *think* it subsequently went through one of those auction places.

Re: The ebay thread
I used to like the R63 but don't think it's aged at all well nowadays. But I think the AMGs were up for sale in the late teens range. Often read about their rarity in ads but there always seemed to be a few on sale, which made me think everyone who buys one thinks it's pretty shit a short while later.
How about not having a sig at all?
