The ebay thread
Re: The ebay thread
This guy does some nice engine-block tables etc, but some of his "upcycled" vehicle => home seating look lovely (and comfy!)

Re: The ebay thread
Nice - I wanted to take the two front seats out of my Volvo 440 when I scrapped it to make 2 chairs for the garage (Mainly for people to sit on when they went out for a smoke)
But it lot harder than I had planned for (for my non-mechanical self) and required some specialist tools (which I didn't have).
Pity

Re: The ebay thread
I've already decided if anything happens to my Mito or 6 Series I'll turn the seats into furniture and the front into a fridge

How about not having a sig at all?

A 6 Series .. good job it’s not a Bosch or it’d be too expensive!!Mito Man wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2023 1:41 pm I've already decided if anything happens to my Mito or 6 Series I'll turn the seats into furniture and the front into a fridge

Needs a lot of work to un-drift it. It has potential though. Road trip to Poland ? Polish food is very good.

"Car located Poland . Price includes the cost of transportation " but yeah, if you'd rather go collect count me in as a co-driver.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 2:21 pm Needs a lot of work to un-drift it. It has potential though. Road trip to Poland ? Polish food is very good.

One for M539 I think. Probably not easy to source bits for.

How the fuck do you get a W10? Two banks of 3 and one of 4? Two VR5s with a common crank?

I can't decide which is worse. The yellow one is awful. The white one is ghastly.

I can't say I like it, but on paper Impreza underpinnings rebuilt into a lightweight 2-seater is a pretty cool idea.

The AMS Kit car looks like it was styled by Leepu and assembled by Stevie Wonder.
