Ferrari 812 & 296 GTB Review

Post by SSO »

Just posted up a review of the Ferrari 812 Superfast and 296 GTB after spending several days with each:

One of them I really loved, the other was more like & respect.

So you prefer the mid-engine, turbo'd car? Hardly a surprise considering your collection.. you may have a type! :D

My order of preference (with limited/zero time in them) would be: 812 Competizione, F12, 296 GTS, 812.

Side note: how can the 812 be the flagship when another standard car, the 296, has more BHP?

Hope that doesn't t all come across as too negative, I enjoy your reviews. ;)
Cheers,

Ian

Mid engine.....definitely. Turbo....not necessarily given I would still put the F50 at the top of the list of all the cars I have ever owned.
