So anyone who did come round was knowingly consenting.”
Shame for him and his supporters about the text messages of a lass saying "when a girl says no she means no" and "when I say condom, it isn't optional" which in context, sounds pretty non-consensual.

The comedy circuit has been opening up with lots of people saying they kept their female friends/staff/family the fuck away from him because they knew he was a danger to them - and people have tried to say that before publicly, but have had legal threats against them from him, he's had injunctions put up, etc - so the sooner the little shit is up on criminal charges and this is put to bed, the better I reckon.

(it has since confirmed that yes, it was Brand she was talking about)

Not that that will convince the swivel eyed loons who all think that it's a conspiracy by big pharma etc.

Maybe he got so many STDs that it messed with his brain? There’s something about men who fuck 1000’s of women - they’re all a bit unhinged.
How about not having a sig at all?

You mean neurosyphilis. Probably more likely the aftereffect of being a heroin junkie.

From his own admission he was a drug addled promiscuous lecher so I'm amazed its taken this long for someone to feel aggrieved at his behaviour.

Not watched the programme but would presenting the accusations in this manner not compromise a criminal case against him?

I'm not an Incel but it seems odd to make a TV programme about a potential sexual assault before its investigated and I say that with the utmost respect to those who may have been abused or feel aggrieved by his actions.

Everything about that "screenshot" looks fake.

I can't stand the bloke, but trial by social media isn't helpful to anyone.

I mean, he's welcome to sue Dispatches and the Times for libel if it's not real.

Funny how, as far as I'm aware, he hasn't yet - given his successful history of litigation in the past - and instead just riled up his swivel eyed supporter base instead.

Edit: The broader point is that if The Times and Dispatches are making shit up/haven't checked their facts/are being taken for a ride - which isn't impossible - then the sort of retaliatory legal action could feasibly end Dispatches entirely as a program and risk Channel 4s position as a relatively independant channel, and would probably ruin the Times reputation for a generation.

They are big stakes and it's unlikely they're gonna just accept 'a screenshot of some texts' as evidence; it's not unreasonable to assume - given the position they are in - that they've done enough due diligence to ensure they're not wide open legally.
