Dubbed TV ads

Does it really save enough money to justify dubbing ads? Hearing someone say “The dirt says hot, the label says not” whilst clearly lip reading the actor saying “fe fe fe fe fe fe, scorchio, Chris Waddle” really grinds my gimps. :evil:
