The original scirocco was a 3 door hatch based on a golf. Hth.

As was the second and third generation wasn’t it?
I still don’t know what is being argued here

How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Indeed - rather than the scirocco being a slightly-more-coupe-ish golf, like all the other ones before it. It should actually be a Peugeot that has a similar profile to a Karmann Ghia.
Obs.

Saw this
Thought of JL
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
A good question. It's just Rich being his usual try-and-create-an-argument-from-nothing self. There's a response to that I hope he gives
Richard; first thought when seeing that with AM plate 'that's not an Aston'.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
its not just me on this though. No one has a clue what you’re trying to say.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
This. And Rich isn't arguing, just trying to decipher the nonsense above
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Some good spots the last couple of days;
cream rhd Volvo Amazon estate, red wheels/whitewalls/roofrack, looked at home at the seaside.
Cream Volvo Amazon two door saloon, was going t'other way on the motorway so didn't see much more...
...also going t'other way on the motorway was a yellow De Tomaso Pantera, sounded
A black B7 RS4 estate with sport seats.
An egg/baby blue Bentley Mulsanne, something like this;
Saw my first new Continental, looked a bit underwhelming, maybe the silver it was in didn't help
My favourite spot though was one of these;
Rhd on a J plate, sat innocently in a cafe carpark it looked caf, even when a Ghost parked next to it
While googling pics for the above I found this http://bay2car.com/LOTUS-CARLTON-ESTATE ... /car108888

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
No photo because it was in a layby on the A303 and by the time I had registered it all, I had passed it.
What looked like an old Routemaster bus, painted matt black with "G-Shock" and "Never Give Up" branding all over it.
It was parked in a layby because it was hitched up to the back of an HGV recovery truck.
Having, presumably, given up.....

When pissing about looking at BMWs, I followed a Mustang Mach 1
It was stupidly wide, and the wheels looked like the arches were trying to spit them out in disgust. It also reeked of unburnt fuel.
It was brilliant.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Beat that.
It was less sideways in the reals
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
I just spotted a Senna in Senna colours, I think I might have beat that
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Was it wrapped in clingfilm?
WAS IT?!!
WAS IT?!!
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
So you’re thinking of making a real life Lightning McQueen replica, what would you base it on?
It’s obvious really - an FTO.

Jesus. Imagine that turnng up to a kids party, and all the kids seeing that evil looking mouth, and screaming....
Still, there's no scary films for kids to watch these days so I suppose something should scar 'em for life.

My commute takes me down the A40 and through Burford which is near Lord Metcalf's farm.
Last night I saw his combine in his field and his Espada coming the other way. The Espada looks incredible in the metal. So flat, wide and purposeful.
