The unassisted brakes is making me confused…. Is it a kit car?

I thought Countach had servo brakes, but not PAS? Maybe early cars had no PAS? :?

Good man!!

Yes. Been on a Twizzy tour today. What a fun little thing they are. You're never travelling very fast but they were great for the mountain roads out of Puerto de Santiago up to the lava fields of Mount Teide.

It reminded me of my Mk1 mx5 as you can have fun but not be moving too quick.

It was a great day out!

That sounds top fun, loved those roads in a knackered Suzuki Swift hire car many years ago 😅

Just a reminder that in the thread that won me the Jorg Gray watch everyone mocked me for suggesting that driving a Tizzy might be fun

(Looks at the weather outside...)

it might be fun, sometimes

It certainly does where McSwede is 8-)
IIrc there used to be a place that rented them out in the New Forest. I wanted to have a go, hadn't got round to it, then lockdowns etc :(
I don't know if they're still there.

And fun they are. Low CoG really helps and even with 125/80 front tyres there was no understeer ,😂

Bloke a few doors up has one, I've seen it once. Shame as for where we live it's an ideal little zip into town and country lane blaster.

Reminds me of this local spot about 3 months ago. Not seen it since, but then I don't seem to get out a lot.
Would like to have a go in one. Saw one a few years ago in Ibiza, which did seem be a more sensible habitat for it. At least this one has a bit of extra weather protection with the doors.

I could see the appeal of one if I lived on a nice warm Greek island.
How about not having a sig at all?

Same reason mopeds/scooters are insanely popular in other climes. In a fit of madness, I hired a scooter whilst in Vietnam and had an absolute blast to the point where I seriously considered getting one for commuting etc. Then I remembered English weather and that was that.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.
